designed to relieve the owner of any workload connected
with the manning of their vessels. Dependent on the
client's preconditions bound by law KSTC is able to act

Both possibilities can include following

the wish of the owner and the sum of crewing contract:
- Medical examination and fitness certificates
- Implementation and follow up of drug & alcohol
policies
- Proper qualification and certification of crew
- Arrangement of training courses
- Partial crew manning / full crew manning
- Issue of employment contracts and payment of wages
- All related administration with the crew's
embarkation and repatriation including visa forms and
traveling assistance
- All matters regarding ITF requirements
