Before our crew join vessels we ensure that seafarers have all the necessary documents, such as visas, certificates, licenses, and that the crewmembers are briefed properly regarding the travel arrangements, the port agent's and the ship's details, drug/alcohol policy of the company, emergency procedures, and that they are provided with all other important information concerning their future employment.
 
When crew arrives from the vessel we de-brief them on the following: discussion of the contract performed, confidential report details, crewmember's opinion on all the aspects of his job fulfilled.
